From idea to finished opening

  • Choose the product by openingMagnetic window screens are standard DIY. Legacy retractable door screens and Ziptrak outdoor blinds are advanced DIY.
  • Read the guide before measuringEach system has different dimensions and decisions. There is no single measuring rule for all three.
  • Resolve the finished mounting surfacesAdd angles, packing, boxing or framing before the final measurement whenever those surfaces define the screen size.
  • Configure the exact buildEnter millimetres and choose every field shown. The price and buildable envelope come from the current product catalogue.
  • Check the order as a workshop instructionRead back the product, size, colour, material and product-specific choices. Labels such as housing side and handle height affect what is made.
  • Receive and inspect before cuttingCheck the packing list, product and finish. Read the supplied instructions before trimming track, removing liners or drilling.
  • Fit to the confirmed structureStop if the opening or substrate differs from what you planned. Use the enquiry form before making an irreversible change.

What changes when you measure it

We manufacture to the dimensions and choices you submit. A product made correctly to those instructions cannot usually be resold or fitted to another opening, so it cannot be returned simply because the opening was measured incorrectly.

That does not reduce your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act. If the product is faulty, damaged in transit, or made differently from the confirmed order, we put it right. Read the terms of sale and returns and faults policy before ordering.
